In addition to helping you in your daily life, not only this practice will prevent conditions such as arthritis, and improve blood circulation, it will also improve your aerial dancing moves. Be ready to feel forever rejuvenated with our low flow stretch class. This class is for those seeking relaxation and catered for individuals who plan to reduce injury, improve flexibility and balance. This class fits the needs of each individual, no matter their fitness level. The use of foam rollers, blocks, finger massagers, and etc. will be incorporated in the class to have you feeling brand new!

Forever Silks is designed to improve your upper body strength. Aerial silks are one of the best abs and upper body workouts; it also counts as cardio while providing strength-buildings skills and other benefits such as spinal decompression and lymphatic movement, all while creating unique body shapes.

Pole Intro


Forever Pole Intro is designed to learn the elementary of pole and floor work. We recommend students who never taken Pole before or have not taken Pole for months or years to take this class before taking other classes.

Pole 1 Choreo


Forever Pole 1 is designed to learn the basic spins and floorwork. This will beginners to improve their fluidity between movements on the pole and the floor. Also beneficial to intermediate or advance students who haven't experience floorwork.

*Recommended whoever has not taken pole or taken for months or years please take Pole Intro to understand the basic language for Forever Aerial Pole.*

Pole 2


Forever Pole 2 is designed to learn in creating shapes with your body while the pole is spinning and learning to climb the pole while gaining shoulder strength.

There is no inverts for this class.

Pole 3


Forever Pole 3 is designed to learn basic inverting (thru jasmine, regular inversion, shoulder mount, princess mount). In this class, all elements will be combined with inverting, pole climb, and climb.

*Requirements: Students must able to reach the bell without touching the floor thru a regular climb and side climb, and perform jasmine in a climb above 6 feet in the air. *

Pole 4 Sport


Forever Pole 4 Sport is designed to improve new techniques in pole, such as the elbow grip. This program was made with the objective of improving and perfecting dance moves in order to become as fluid as possible.

Sports Conditioning


Forever Sports Conditioning, as the name implies, it is designed to improve techniques and strengthen muscles for aerlalist. Conditioning exercises are a pillar for dancers; they lightly (but consistently) push their limits to raise their threshold for both strength and flexibility. All levels are welcome!

True Exotic


Forever Pole 4 Exotic, is designed to learn new techniques, improve and perfect the art of exotic dance Learn a variety of fun floorwork to challenge and inspire you to learn true exotic dance. This fun class will help you build strength and coordination, and have you learn new pole tricks, transitions, and floor moves blending a combination of spins, climbs, inverts into an always changing routine. Be ready to bring your dancing heels ( max limit is 7 inches), knee pads, and let your hair down to learn the art form of true exotic.

Exotic Conditioning


Would you like to advance in dance with heels with a Russian exotic style? This class will not only help you get into Forever True Exotic but also help in improving dancing skills. This class will cater to improve extensions, and body fluidity. The class will consist of heaving warm-up, deep stretches, drills, and mini combos.

Apparatus Practice


Forever Apparatus Practice allows you to practice aerial skills without an instructor (for example, pole, flying pole, lyra, mini lyra, silks and trapeze). Also, anyone who would like to use the studio to practice non aerial dances is more than welcome.
