Waitlist Policy

If you are on a Waitlist, it means that your place is on hold since the class is full. Anytime a person is removed from the waitlist, your position will move up. You will receive a notification email if you are added to class, and then the cancellation policy will move into effect.


Tardiness Policy


Please be on time for your class by arriving 5 minutes before the scheduled start time. We understand that things happen, so if you are late, please enter quietly and with minimal interruption.


Age Requirements


You need to be over 18 years old to register for classes. If you are under 18 years old, we will need a legal guardian to register with you to schedule classes.


Cancellation Policy


Forever Aerial request that you cancel at least three hours before your schedule class. This gives the studio the opportunity to fill your vacated spot. You may cancel by phone or online. If you cancel the class at least 3 hours before its scheduled start, the class will return to your package. “If you cancel within 3 hours before the start of your scheduled class, you will lose the class-it will not be returned to your package.


Return/Refund Policy


Forever Aerial classes or product items are non refundable and non transferable. Once a package is expired and you have remaining classes, these classes may be "rolled" over with the purchase of another package (offer expires one month after the original expiration date). For legitimate medical conditions, your package can be placed on hold for up to 6 months.


Dress Code Policy


Clients are expected to dress in athletic wear during schedule classes. Pole 1 students are recommended to wear anything above the calves to do ankle/calf spin. Pole 2 students are recommended to wear short shorts in order to better be able to climb the pole and use their legs for tricks. Students in Pole 3 and above are recommended to wear pole bottoms (bikini style) to enable them to maintain a better grip on the pole. Students taking silks are required to wear long sleeves, and both silks and lyra students are recommended to wear leggings to prevent rug/tape burns. All students are expected to be well groomed and in clean clothes.


Level Transition Policy


Students are expected to work at their own individual pace and should not compare themselves to other students’ progress or regression. For students taking Pole classes, instructor approval is required before they can transition to higher level classes.


Classroom Etiquette


Please arrive 5 minutes before class. All students must check-in with the instructors. All personal belongings should be placed in the cubbies - Forever Aerial is not responsible for lost or stolen items. Cell phones must placed on vibrate or in silent mode. Respect managers, instructors, and students.

Forever Aerial does not tolerate disrespect among the manager, instructors, or students. Failure to comply with this policy will result in loss of privileges/classes for instructors and students.


Parking Policy


Free parking is available on the side of the building. Paid parking is at the front of the building.
