Pole Sport Classes:
This introductory class is designed to teach the basics of pole such as terminology, posture, trust in oneself, and coordination.
Pole 2 Sport
This is a beginner-advanced sport-based class to increase stamina and upper body strength by learning how to create vertical shapes on a spinning pole.
Pole 4 Sport - Flexy
This is an advanced sport-based class is designed to learn new techniques in static/spinning pole, learn flexy moves, and take your pole journey to the next level.
Pole 1 Sport
This is a beginner sport-based class to learn to climb, learn basic transitions, and improve shoulder strength.
Pole 3 Sport
This is an intermediate sport-based class to increase core and lower body strength by teaching basic inversion and combining elements from vertical tricks to basic inversion tricks.
Pole 4 Sport - Power
This is an advanced sport-based class is designed to learn new techniques in static/spinning pole, learn power moves, and take your pole journey to the next level.

Pole 1 Choreo
This is a choreography class for beginners that is designed to have fun, improve upper body strength, coordination, fluidity, movements on the pole & floor work.
*We recommend that students new to Pole or who have not taken Pole for an extended period of time first take Pole Intro to learn the basic language used at Forever Aerial.*
Pole 2 Intro to Heels
This is an advanced-beginner dance class aimed to increase your body awareness, fluidity, and technique in street heels.
Pole 3 Intro to Exotic
This is an advanced-beginner and intermediate dance-based class to learn to combine elements of rhythmic gymnastics and improve dance technique and calisthenics with static pole/exotic heels.
Pole 4 Exotic
This is an advanced dance-based class in combining elements of rhythmic gymnastics, dance technique, and calisthenics with a static pole/exotic heels to learn a choreographed piece with exotic music.
