Forever Silks is designed to improve your upper body strength. Aerial silks is one of the best abs and upper body workouts; it also counts as cardio, while providing strength-buildings skills and other benefits such as spinal decompression and lymphatic movement, all while creating unique body shapes.

Sport Conditioning
Forever Sports Conditioning is an all-level sport-based class to create healthy habits on improving techniques and strengthening the entire body. All levels are welcome!
Deep Stretch
Forever Deep Stretch is designed to increase muscle flexibility and strength through lengthening your muscles. This will not only improve your aerial dancing, but will help in your daily life by improving blood circulation and helping prevent arthritis. All students of all levels are welcome!
Pole Sport Classes:

Pole Intro
This introductory class is designed to teach the basics of pole such as terminology, posture, trust in oneself, and coordination.
Pole 2 Sport
This is a beginner-advanced sport-based class to increase stamina and upper body strength by learning how to create vertical shapes on a spinning pole.
Pole 4 Sport - Flexy
This is an advanced sport-based class is designed to learn new techniques in static/spinning pole, learn flexy moves, and take your pole journey to the next level.
Pole 1 Sport
This is a beginner sport-based class to learn to climb, learn basic transitions, and improve shoulder strength.
Pole 3 Sport
This is an intermediate sport-based class to increase core and lower body strength by teaching basic inversion and combining elements from vertical tricks to basic inversion tricks.
Pole 4 Sport - Power
This is an advanced sport-based class is designed to learn new techniques in static/spinning pole, learn power moves, and take your pole journey to the next level.
Pole Dance Classes:

Pole Intro

Forever Pole 1 Choreo
Forever Pole 1 Choreo is a choreography class for beginners that is designed to have fun, improve upper body strength, coordination, fluidity, movements on the pole & floor work.
Prerequisite: All Levels - Graduate Pole Intro
Requirements: Socks, Knee Pads, WaterForever Exotic Intro
This is an introductory dance class focused on the foundational basics including fluidity, movement, and coordination. This class is a steppingstone toward increasing your movement confidence for Pole 1 Choreo and Exotic classes!
Prerequisite: All Levels - Graduate Pole Intro
Requirements: Socks, Knee Pads, Water
Exotic 2 Flow Choreo
This is an advanced-beginner choreography class focused on technique, lines, fluidity, sensuality, and musicality while wearing heels.
Prerequisite: Graduate Pole 1 Choreo and/or Pole Exotic Intro
Requirements: Instructor Approval! Heels, Knee Pads, Water
Exotic 3 Acro Tricks
This is an intermediate dance-based class to learn to combine elements of rhythmic gymnastics and improve dance technique and calisthenics with static pole/exotic heels.
Prerequisite: Graduate Pole Exotic 2 Flow Choreo
Requirements: Instructor Approval! Heels, Knee Pads, Water
Exotic 4 Advanced Choreo
This is an advanced-beginner and intermediate dance-based class to learn to combine elements of rhythmic gymnastics and improve dance technique and calisthenics with static pole/exotic heels.
Prerequisite: Graduate Pole Exotic 2 Flow Choreo and/or Pole Exotic 3 Acro Tricks
